Friday's top targets include Detroit Red Wings' red-hot David Perron and New Jersey Devils rookie defenseman Simon Nemec.
David Perron, LW/RW, DET at CAR (43% rostered)
Perron will get a chance to extend his assists streak to four games against a team that defends well but whose goaltending is often a letdown. He's playing both L1 and PP1 with Dylan Larkin and Lucas Raymond as Detroit's most trusted trio.
Anders Lee, LW, NYI at CHI (31% rostered)
It's always a bit of a mystery how Lane Lambert operates his lineup because it always seems like he never finishes the game with the same lines he starts with. Bo Horvat and Mathew Barzal are split up once again, but there's little doubt they'll find each other on the same line throughout the game.
Lee, on the other hand, has been a staple as their top left winger, and he's coming off a two-game goal now facing one of the league's worst teams. Lee has been boom-or-bust this season but this matchup is hard to pass up.
Sam Bennett, C, FLA vs. MIN (29% rostered)
Aleksander Barkov is a game-time decision, and if he doesn't play, Bennett will be an excellent streaming option. He played 20:15 against the Wings and notched an assist, his fourth point in four games while centering Carter Verhaeghe and Matthew Tkachuk, two high-upside wingers who can score at an elite pace.
Andrew Copp, C, DET at CAR (6% rostered)
Copp's one of my favorite streamers because he's great when he's scoring in bunches to add to his usual repertoire of shots and faceoff wins. He's on a five-game points streak with 27 faceoff wins.
Simon NemecSimon Nemec, D, NJ at CLB (7% rostered)
Had Nemec played a full season, surely he'd be in the conversation for the Calder, too. He's scored two assists in their past three games averaging 20 minutes per game with a role on PP2. The good part about Nemec is that he can get you some shots and blocks, too. While Luke Hughes plays PP1 and takes the majority of the minutes, his production hasn't been appreciatively better than Nemec's.
