Sunday's recommended waiver wire pickups include Vegas' Ivan Barbashev, Carolina's Stefan Noesen and Vancouver's Conor Garland.

Sleepers and Keepers: Are There Any Fantasy Options on the Blue Jackets After Boone Jenner's Injury?

Ivan Barbashev, C/LW, VEG vs. OTT (44% rostered)

Barbashev's power-play goal Friday against the Sabres gives him goals in consecutive games. After a slow start, Barbashev is finding his groove playing alongside Jack Eichel and Mark Stone. Barbashev can be a very good multi-category contributor with his points and hits.

Josh Norris, C, OTT at VEG (33% rostered)

Norris gets a ton of ice time under D.J. Smith, so it gives him a high floor. He's also scored three goals in five games, wins plenty of faceoffs and puts shots on goal. Not many top-six centers who average 18 minutes per game with ample special teams are readily available.

Dylan Strome, C, WSH at CAR (21% rostered)

There aren't many high-upside centers on the Caps, but Strome has been very productive with four goals and an assist in four games entering Saturday's game against the Preds. Alex Ovechkin is slumping and looks defeated by Father Time, but he remains the Caps' biggest scoring threat and Strome is in good position to capitalize on any goals Ovechkin scores.

Stefan Noesen, LW/RW, CAR vs. WSH (8% rostered)

Noesen's having a great season so far. He spent most of last season playing bottom-six minutes with a lot of time on special teams, but his even-strength play has improved and he's skating on the top line with Sebastian Aho. Noesen's two-point effort against the Preds on Friday gave him three goals and five points in his past five games.

Conor Garland, RW, VAN at CHI (7% rostered)

The Canucks' top six is in flux yet again with Nils Höglander getting dropped to the fourth line again, and this is a matchup where the Canucks' depth really gives them the edge. Their third line with Garland and Dakota Joshua with Teddy Blueger at center has been excellent, with Garland picking up four assists in his past six games and also plays PP2 for some added value.

Alexander HoltzAlexander Holtz

Alexander Holtz, RW, NJ vs. ANA (2% rostered)

With an early first-period assist, Holtz earned his third point in four games. The Devils are playing the second half of a back-to-back with travel, but the Ducks have been beaten up all season and they're an ideal opponent for a streaming option.
