October 10th marks the first game of the season for the Minnesota Wild which also is the home opener. Just 59 days away from Wild hockey. Only three players in Wild history have worn number 59 and Calen Addison was one of them.

Addison, 24, is currently a free agent. He was traded to the San Jose Sharks by the Wild after he played the first 12 games with the Wild in 2023-24. He finished the season with San Jose.

In his 12 games with the Wild, Addison recorded five assists. After the trade he recorded one goal, 12 points, and was a minus-35 in 60 games.

The Sharks decided not to re-sign him which makes Addison a free agent.

Addison's Wild career ended with five goals, 33 assists, and 38 points in 92 games. He has six goals, 44 assists, and 50 points in 152 career NHL games but is a minus-59.
