    Tyler Ennis only played one season for the Wild in his career.

    After playing overseas last year to start, Tyler Ennis hinted at retirement in the middle of January. He has now made it official via his Instagram that he has retired. 

    Ennis, 34, played one season with the Wild in his career and it came during the 2017-2018. He was acquired by the Wild in a trade alongside Marcus Foligno in exchange for Jason Pominville and Marco Scandella to the Buffalo Sabres.

    In his one season in Minnesota, Ennis recorded eight goals, 14 assists, and 22 points in 73 games. He ended up signing a one-year contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs after the year concluded. 

    The 5-foot-9 forward recored 144 goals, 202 assists, and 346 points in 700 career NHL games across 13 seasons. He spent the first eight years of his career in Buffalo before the Wild traded for him.
