Yesterday, in USA's 10-1 win over Kazakhstan, Boldy recorded six points. He scored the first goal of the game four minutes in and away USA went.
Boldy picked up his second goal of the game in the second period with the assists going to Johnny Gaudreau and Brady Tkachuk.
Gaudreau now has 43 points in IIHF World Championship play in his career which puts him past Patrick Kane for the country's all-time leader.
Not only did Boldy score twice but he recorded four assists in the win. His monster game put him at the top of the tournament leaders.
Boldy now leads the tournament in points with 12. He has five goals and seven assists in six games.
