According to a report by Fox 9, former Wild coach Darby Hendrickson is heading to Nashville to join former Wild coach Andrew Brunette's staff.

Hendrickson, a Minnesota Native, had been on the Wild's coaching staff since 2010. The team announced earlier in the off-season that Hendrickson will not return to the bench next year.

Brunette was a former Wild assistant coach with Hendrickson but recently accepted a head coaching job with the Nashville Predators. It is expected, according to Fox 9, that Hendrickson will join Brunette in Nashville.
