The Minnesota Wild will honor their 25th anniversary during the 2025-26 season. It got us thinking, what else could the Wild do to honor that?
It is known they will wear a patch on their jerseys that will say 25th anniversary but could they do a little more?
The Crowd Chant was the Wild's goal song from 2000 to 2016. It was the first song the team used after they scored and it stuck all the way to 2016. The Wild changed the goal song to Prince's Let's Go Crazy during Game 6 of the 2016 playoffs. They kept for the entire 2017-18 season.
They brought back the Crowd Chant for the 2018-19 season and the 2019-20 season but they changed it for the 2020-21 season due to no fans in the stands during the Covid-19 season.
After fans returned to the arena during the 2021-22 season the Wild switched their goal song again. They went from one season of House of Pain's Jump Around to The Isley Brothers' Shout.

Shout has been the Wild's goal song for the last three seasons and is set to be their goal song again next year. But for the 2025-26 season, should the Wild honor their 25th anniversary by bringing back their original goal song?
