The New Jersey Devils made several moves this past off-season that helped them turn things around this campaign. Among their notable ones was signing forward Stefan Noesen to a three-year, $8.25 million contract.

Noesen was already a player the Devils were familiar with before this move, as he previously played for them from 2016-17 to 2018-19. Now, fast-forward to April, and it's clear that the Devils made the right call bringing him back to New Jersey.

Noesen has been a strong addition to the Devils' roster this season, setting new career highs with 21 goals, 40 points, and 149 hits. With numbers like these, he has given the Devils solid secondary scoring and grit.

However, what's more encouraging about Noesen's play is that he is continuing to be impactful with the post-season right around the corner. Over his last four games, the 6-foot-1 winger has posted three points. This includes scoring a goal in the Devils' last matchup on April 8.

Noesen will now look to continue to produce offensively during this final stretch of the regular season and then the playoffs. It will be fascinating to see how much of an impact he makes from here, but he undoubtedly has been a good pickup for New Jersey.
