New Jersey Devils star Jesper Bratt has been on a real heater as of late. The 26-year-old winger is currently sporting a four-game point streak, where he has three goals and 10 points over that span. This includes scoring the game-winning goal in the Devils' last matchup against the Columbus Blue Jackets on March 17.
However, Bratt has been excellent throughout the season. In 69 games this campaign, the 5-foot-10 forward has 20 goals and has already set a new career-high with 60 assists. He is also very close to setting another impressive career-high before the campaign ends.
Bratt currently has 80 points on the season and needs just four more to set a new career-best. He set his current career-high of 83 points this past season with the Devils, where he appeared in all 82 games. When noting that the Devils still have 13 more games to play, Bratt has a very good chance of accomplishing this.
Overall, Bratt seems to only be getting better with each season that passes. It will be interesting to see what his numbers look like at the end of the season, but he is undoubtedly having a special campaign.
