New Jersey Devils legend Martin Brodeur has landed a big honor, as he has been voted to the NHL's Quarter-Century Team.

Brodeur is one of six goalies who have made the NHL Quarter-Century Team. The other goalies who have made the cut are Patrick Roy, Henrik Lundqvist, Roberto Luongo, Marc-Andre Fleury, and Carey Price.

Seeing Brodeur named to the NHL's Quarter-Century Team is not surprising in the slightest. The 53-year-old had an absolutely incredible career and was a significant reason for the Devils' three Stanley Cup championships in 1995, 2000, and 2003.

Brodeur played 1,266 games over 22 seasons, where he set NHL records with 691 wins and 125 shutouts. He was also a nine-time All-Star, a four-time Vezina Trophy winner, a five-time William M. Jennings Trophy winner, and won the Calder Memorial Trophy in 1994.

Brodeur was simply dominant during his career, so his placement on the NHL Quarter-Century Team has undoubtedly been earned.
