It's been a busy day for the Flyers' front office!

The Flyers have been getting business done this week, as it has been confirmed that they've re-signed a second forward to a contract extension.

Ryan Poehling, 25, is now confirmed to have signed a two-year, $3.8 million contract, with a $1.9 million cap hit. This news comes almost immediately after it was announced that Owen Tippett signed an eight-year, $6.2 million contract, despite currently being on the Injured Reserve with a week-to-week lower body injury.

Poehling joined the Flyers from the Pittsburgh Penguins last year as an unrestricted free agent. On the season, he has five goals and nine assists in 44 games played.
