The Philadelphia Flyers and their 17-10-3 record will be taking on the New Jersey Devils with their 16-12-1 performance in the young regular season.

The Devils have already defeated the Flyers back on November 30th, by a 4-3 score. That was also the game that Garnet Hathaway levelled Luke Hughes - and he would come back and score the game winning goal in overtime.
The Flyers are still second in the Metropolitan Division with 37 points. The Devils have 33 points and are a single point behind the Washington Capitals for the second Wild Card Position in the Eastern Conference.
The Devils will be a tough challenge for the young Flyers. They have a 7-1-2 record in their last ten games - presently on a two game winning streak.

Their power play has become a tremendous weapon, presently ranked first in the entire NHL at 30.5%. They have several weapons on their team who can make you pay for any defensive miscues.
Jesper Bratt and Jack Hughes are two players to keep your radar on. Bratt has seven points during that stretch while Hughes has contributed four goals. They will need all hands on deck to shut down this high flying team.
The game starts at 7 PM Eastern Standard Time.
