The Pittsburgh Penguins will have a rotation of at least three uniforms for the 2023-24 NHL season.
Obviously, the home blacks and road whites will be the staples, but the Penguins have released the schedule for their diagonal ‘PITTSBURGH’ third jerseys.
Every home Thursday game will be a third jersey day, and those occur nine times over the course of the season.
The Penguins will kick off the the third jersey schedule against the Colorado Avalanche on October 26, 2023.
The fan favorite’s sweater last game of the season will be April 11, 2024 against the Detroit Red Wings.
Notable games on the third jersey schedule include divisions matchups against the New Jersey Devils on November 16, 2023 and March 7, 2024 against the Washington Capitals.
The Penguins will not wear the reverse retro jerseys from the 2022-23 season and it isn’t immediately clear if the 2023 Winter Classic uniforms will hit the ice again.
