San Jose Sharks alternate captain Barclay Goodrow left tonight's game against the Ottawa Senators with an upper-body injury and won't return.
Goodrow took just four shifts during the first period and his final shift of the game ended with 11:45 remaining. Goodrow took a high hit on his first shift of the game by Ridly Greig and was looked at by trainers on the bench afterward. It is unconfirmed if this is related to the injury.
Sharks head coach Ryan Warsofsky will provide an update postgame if one is available.
