    The San Jose Sharks select London Knights defenseman Sam Dickinson 11th overall at the 2024 NHL Draft.

    Dickinson was a standout defenseman in the OHL, scoring 18 goals and 52 assists in 68 games. He was ranked 5th in THN's predraft rankings. 

    The Sharks get extreme value with the 11th pick. GM Mike Grier traded the 14th pick and a second-rounder to the Buffalo Sabres to move up in the draft.
