The San Jose Sharks are signing one of the top college free agents, Noah Beck, out of Arizona State University.

PuckPedia was the first to report the signing. Rumors swirled Twitter on Monday about the 24-year-old signing with the Sharks.

Initially drafted in the seventh round by the St. Louis Blues in 2020, the Arizona State d-man did not sign and played out his college eligibility. The 6’3″, 205 LBS defenseman had a breakout fifth year at ASU.

Beck will join the San Jose Barracuda on an ATO for the remainder of the season, as his ELC doesn't kick in until the 2025-26 season.
