Icethetics released a video on YouTube that showed the striping pattern of the jersey. It also created a mockup based on that and the gear seen at practice this week.

According to Icethetics, the Sharks' alternate jersey has 30 stripes. After this information was tweeted, the Sharks didn't deny it; they had fun with it.
Icethetics say they've seen the entire jersey, which, if true, confirms this as the striping pattern for the uniform.

This pattern compares to the alternate New York Rangers uniform released in December.
Icethetics used the striping pattern and known facts about the front crest to create a mockup of the uniform's front.

A simplified design that shows off the new center-ice logo. This new Fin logo is getting its money's worth this season. From center-ice to the shoulder of the main home, away jerseys, and now the main crest on the upcoming alternate jersey.
Whatever the case, expect to see the actual release of the updated Stealth Jersey, as the San Jose Sharks are hosting a State of the Sharks for season ticket members on Thursday, which teases the reveal of a "new on-ice look." The assumption is that it will be the official reveal of the new alternate jersey.
