The Sharks made a roster move and recalled Scott Sabourin from the San Jose Barracuda yesterday. Per SJHN, Sabourin will play his Sharks debut tonight. Kevin Labanc will be a healthy scratch.
SJHN also confirmed that Kyle Burroughs will return to the lineup in favor of Nikita Okhotiuk. Burroughs had been dealing with a minor lower-body injury and missed two games. He returned to practice on Monday.
Toronto made big news yesterday when they signed William Nylander to a franchise record contract.
Former San Jose Sharks goalie Martin Jones will make his 6th straight start for the Leafs and second against the Sharks. He was recently named the second star of the week by the NHL.
