Sam Navarro-USA TODAY Sports - Pregame Preview #6: Sharks Visit Panthers on Frozen Frenzy Night

The San Jose Sharks (0-4-1) take on the Florida Panthers (2-3-0) on the night every team in the NHL will play.

All 32 teams will play on the same night for the first time in NHL history. Each start time will be staggered so that every game will have little overlap.

Puck drop for the Panthers and Sharks is at 4:45 p.m. PST. San Jose remains the last winless team in the NHL.

There was off-season history between these two franchises involving a significant trade.

Anthony Duclair will return to Florida for the first time since being traded. Steven Lorentz will face the Sharks.

As for tonight's lineup, David Quinn intends to scratch defenseman Marc-Edouard Vlasic. Against the Nashville Predators, Vlasic was benched for the second half of the game.

Mackenzie Blackwood will make his second straight start, according to SJHN's Sheng Peng.

    Sharks projected lines:

    Barabanov-Hertl-Duclair
    Eklund-Peterson-Labanc
    Hoffman-Sturm-Zetterlund
    Zadina-Bordeleau-Kunin

    Ferraro-Benning
    Burroughs-Rutta
    Knyzhov-Emberson

    Blackwood
    Kahkonen

Thomas Bordeleau returns to the lineup after being a healthy scratch.

Tonight's broadcast can be seen on NBC Sports California or via audio on the Sharks Audio Network.
