2026-27 St. Louis Blues Roster Is Officially Set

With Mailloux, Tucker injured, Jiricek, Barron make opening night roster; Dean, Dube officially win extra forward positions

ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Blues officially introduced their 2026-27 opening night roster, submitting their 23-man unit by Monday's 4 p.m. (CT) deadline.

With defensemen Logan Mailloux (hand) and Tyler Tucker (knee) on injured-reserve, defenseman Adam Jiricek (first-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft) and Justin Barron (claimed off waivers from the Nashville Predators on Sunday) have made the opening night roster.

Also as expected, Zach Dean and Dillon Dube are the 13th and 14th forwards on the roster.

The Blues will begin the season with three-game road trip against their division rivals, including the Dallas Stars (Friday), the Colorado Avalanche (Saturday), and the Chicago Blackhawks (Oct. 6) before returning for the home opener Oct. 8 against the San Jose Sharks.

Friday night’s game in Dallas will be televised on TNT and broadcast on 101 ESPN on the radio while the final two games of the trip will be simulcast on Blue Note+ and 101 ESPN. Fans can visit the “Where to Watch” page on the Blues’ website for additional information on all broadcasts throughout the season.

Prior to the home opener, the Blues will hold an opening night rally as part of Dobbs Face-Off Week from 3-5:30 p.m. at Union Station. The rally will be free and open to Blues fans of all ages with or without a ticket to the game. The celebration will conclude with a fan march, led by the Saint Boogie Brass Band, down Clark Avenue to Enterprise Center for pregame warmups and the unveiling of the new pregame show and the 2026-27 roster.
