The last game that the Lightning played was a 6-3 win over the New Jersey Devils on December 27. The Lightning have had 10 days of rest in between games and are ready to get rolling.
The biggest thing for the Lightning will be shaking off the rust. Because it's been such a long time since they last played, they will need to find ways to become engaged. Once that happens, it's a matter of having laser focus and sticking to the game plan.
They will get the help of a couple players returning from injury. Mikhail Sergachev and Erik Cernak are both set to be in the line up for the Lightning. That will certainly help prevent the number of goals and chances against.
For the Lightning it will be Andrei Vasilevskiy playing in his 27th game this year. He is 16-10-0 with a 2.85 goals against average (GAA) and a .899 save percentage (SV%).

At the other end of the rink Jonathan Quick will get the nod in net. In 18 games this season he has a 11-4-2 record to go along with a 2.35 GAA and a .918 SV%).
Game time tonight will be 7 PM Eastern Standard time.
