This Lightning prospect is heading back to the AHL.

The Tampa Bay have re-assigned forward prospect Gage Goncalves to their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch.
Goncalves, 23, was called up to the Lightning's NHL roster after superstar forward Brayden Point got injured. However, Goncalves will now be heading back to Syracuse, where he will continue to work on his development. He is one of Tampa Bay's top prospects.

Goncalves appeared in two games with the Lightning during his call-up, where he had zero points, one shot, and a minus-1 rating. Down in the AHL with the Crunch this season, he has four assists in four games.
