This Lightning star continues to produce despite team lows.

The Tampa Bay Lightning have hit a bit of a rut during the month of November after jumping out to a fast start to begin the season. Tampa Bay has posted a record of 5-5-2 during that span. Despite the lack of wins over their last 12 games, the one constant positive has been the performance of Lightning superstar Nikita Kucherov

Kucherov has continued to add to his already impressive stat line and has shown no signs of slowing down. Kucherov collected 17 points in October to kick off the season after coming off a campaign in which he posted an astounding 144 points. The reigning Art Ross Trophy winner has continued to add to his stat line during the month of November by accumulating 17 points in 12 games.

While the outcomes in recent weeks have not been ideal for Lighting fans, the positive that one can take to the bank is that Kucherov will continue to score no matter what level of support is around. The five-time All-Star has proven that not only can he score no matter the circumstances, but that he can make those around him better as well. With the season in no way close to being over, Lightning fans can only hope that the Tampa Bay superstar's scoring magic will rub off onto his teammates in upcoming games.
