Domi is preparing for a huge season after signing a four-year extension with Toronto earlier this summer.

Max Domi is continuing to have what looks like an entertaining summer.

The 29-year-old posted a carousel of photos to Instagram on Wednesday, which included him training outside, on the ice with former London Knights teammate, Brett Welychka, and in a boxing gym.

"Brick by brick," the caption on the post said.

In one photo, Domi is pictured walking through a dressing room with his Maple Leafs hockey bag over his shoulder while wearing a shirt that says, "SIZE HURTS, SPEED KILLS," on the back.

The Toronto-born forward has been seen in other Instagram posts working on his speed throughout the summer. He's also travelled to Italy and has posted an Instagram story of himself holding a chicken.

Domi and Toronto agreed on a four-year, $15 million contract extension on June 30. The deal carries an annual average value of $3.75 million. The Maple Leafs forward signed a one-year deal last summer, and scored nine goals and 38 assists in 80 games this past season.

He also had one goal and three assists in seven games against the Boston Bruins in the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

After signing an extension with Toronto, Domi posted a well-known scene from the movie 'The Wolf of Wall Street' where Leonardo DiCaprio's character, Jordan Belfort says, "I'm not f***ing leaving."

The forward's face was edited onto DiCaprio's character, which Domi says was put together by himself and a friend.
