Out of 47 votes, the Canucks received two votes to win the Stanley Cup. The Dallas Stars got the most votes, with 17. 

Despite getting two votes to win the cup, Vancouver garnered 17 votes for the Canadian team to go the furthest in the playoffs. The Edmonton Oilers got 18 votes.

Vancouver would have to face Edmonton in the second round should both win their first-round playoff series. 

The Canucks are in a prime position to go far in the playoffs, but their lack of experience could come back to bite them. Game one against the Nashville Predators is tomorrow night.
