The Vancouver Canucks will have a new radio home for the 2026-27 season.
Vancouver Canucks radio broadcasts will now be on KiSS Throwbacks for the 2026-27 season. The new home of the Canucks will be broadcasts on 104.9 FM in Vancouver. Games can also be heard on 92.5 FM in Abbotsford and on 107.5 FM in Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley.
As for the broadcast team, Brendan Batchelor will be returning as the play-by-play voice. Colour commentator Randip Janda will join him. Details about a potential pre-, post-, and intermission show have not yet been released.
The move to KiSS Throwbacks follows Sportsnet 650 going off the air this off-season. The decision to pull the only full-time local radio station came as part of a massive cut from Rogers, which saw stations across the country shut down. The Canucks kick off the 2026 pre-season on September 19, with the regular season starting on September 29.
