Taylor Lind, sister of former Canucks draft pick Kole Lind, has been named to PWHL Vancouver’s training camp roster and will be skating alongside the team starting November 7.

There are many different NHL and PWHL connections, and now, the Vancouver Canucks can officially say they have joined this group — albeit semi-distantly. Taylor Lind, sister of former Canucks draft pick Kole Lind, has been named to PWHL Vancouver’s training camp roster and will be skating alongside the team starting November 7.

The PWHL Vancouver training camp invitee spent five seasons with St. Cloud State University, serving as captain during her second-last year with the team. She wrapped up her career after the 2023–24 season and will now set her sights on being the second Lind sibling to start their professional career in Vancouver. Lind also spent two years under PWHL Vancouver head coach Brian Idalski.

Kole Lind was selected 33rd overall by the Canucks in 2017 and went on to spend three full seasons with the organization before being picked by the Seattle Kraken in their expansion draft in 2021. Lind made his NHL debut in April of 2021 and played in seven NHL games for Vancouver.

Most recently, the Abbotsford Canucks faced Lind and the Texas Stars in the 2025 Calder Cup Playoffs, during which Abbotsford defeated the Stars in six games to advance to the Calder Cup Finals.
