Vancouver native Michael Buble told Donnie & Dhali that he believes defenseman Quinn Hughes is the greatest player to ever play for the Vancouver Canucks.
Buble is teaming up with Quinn Hughes and his brother Jack at the upcoming NHL All-Star game.
While Quinn Hughes is having an incredible Norris Trophy-type season and is an elite player in the NHL, he likely needs to add more to his legacy before he can compete with some all-time Canucks Legends.
Pavel Bure, Henrik Sedin, Daniel Sedin, & Roberto Luongo all have a case to be considered the greatest player to play for the Canucks.
The Sedin twins are arguably the most iconic duo in the history of the NHL. Their unmatched chemistry and consistent production made them superstars in Vancouver and across the league.

Pavel Bure was an elite talent for the Canucks across seven seasons. The Russian Rocket brought his flashy hands and elite skating ability to a market that desperately needed it. In 428 games for the Canucks he had 478 points.
Roberto Luongo is arguably the greatest goaltender to play for Vancouver. He is forever loved in Vancouver. He was inducted into the Canucks Ring of Honour.
Trevor Linden deserves some recognition for being the greatest player in Canucks history.
While none of these players have won a Stanley Cup, Buble's take on Hughes being the greatest Canuck ever seems a bit premature. Given the season Hughes is having, it might be long until the facts back up his statement.
Hughes could be on his way to his first Norris Trophy and looks to be leading the Canucks to the playoffs with a significant chance of contending for the Stanley Cup.
