    Former Canucks Goaltender John Garrett And Other NHL Alumni Scheduled To Sign Autographs This Weekend At The Western Canada Sports Collectors Convention

    The Western Canada Sports Collectors Convention returns to Langley this weekend, with plenty of exciting autograph sessions planned. This year's event will feature Vancouver Canucks alumni John Garrett, Tony Tanti, Rick Vaive and Cliff Ronning, as well as Hockey Hall of Famers Mike Vernon and Gerry Cheevers. Also signing autographs this year will be Yvon Barrette, who played goalie Denis Lemieux from the movie Slap Shot and Shaun Weiss, who played Goldberg from the Mighty Ducks movies. 

    This event is also the perfect opportunity to check out memorabilia from the sports world. Booths will be set up all over the Langley Event Centre and will feature everything from hockey cards to jerseys. Upper Deck will also be on hand with an "Official Trade Night" scheduled on Saturday, April 13th, from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
