Vegas coach Bruce Cassidy still evaluating options for third line left wing.

The battle for the vacant left-wing spot on the third line enters its final training camp week, but Vegas coach Bruce Cassidy doesn't expect the battle to end soon.

The four players in competition for the spot are Paul Cotter, Pavel Dorofeyev, Max Comtois, and Brendan Brisson. All four have had their moments this preseason, but none have stood out from the pack.

"I don't know if it'll get settled. There’s too many guys close and bring good things to the table. It might be by a committee, especially if they're here on the roster," Cassidy said. "'Pavs' a good player. Paul's been a good player. Brisson's had a real good camp. He's ahead of where he is obviously at this point last year. ... Max, we're still evaluating a little more. I haven't seen him as much. I wouldn't rule him out. I don't have as big of a book on him."

Let's take a look at the four choices for who could be a part of the committee on the third line left wing.
