Shea Theodore returned to the team after missing 32 games with an upper-body injury.
Shea Theodore returned to the team during Saturday's practice in a red non-contact jersey.
Theodore has missed the past 32 games with an upper-body injury. He has four goals and 14 assists in 20 games played thus far.
“It’s great to see. It’s been quite some time. I’m sure he was pretty excited about just getting out there with the group,” defenseman Brayden McNabb said. “It’s a long process for him. This is another stage of it. It’s a good sign whenever you see him out in practice.”
The team offered no timetable on when Theodore may return to see game action, but him skating in a red jersey is a step in the right direction.
In other news, Jonas Rondbjerg, Mark Stone and Zach Whitecloud missed practice with an illness.
