General Manager Kelly McCrimmon announced today that Mark Stone has been cleared to be a full participant in practice today ahead of the Vegas Golden Knights series against the Dallas Stars.

He also announced that Alex Pietrangelo, William Carrier and Chandler Stephenson will all be full participants at practice.

The Golden Knights captain hasn't played since Feb. 20 against the Nashville Predators where he suffered a lacerated spleen. Stone practiced in a non-contact jersey for the first time on Apr. 12.

This season Stone played in 56 games scoring 16 goals and 53 points. In last year's matchup against the Stars in the Western Conference Finals, he scored one goal and added two assists.

The Golden Knights will be in tough against a Stars team that has been one of the best teams all season long. They play a fast and attacking style of hockey. The Golden Knights will need all the help they can get and if Stone is available for Game 1 the Golden Knights will get a huge boost.
