
With the Memorial Cup and the awards ceremonies for the OHL, WHL and the QMJHL over, the CHL hosted its own awards show today with the winners of each major award from all three leagues.
Of the 10 awards, QMJHL representatives had won three of them including the likes of Coach of the Year, Scholastic Player of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year.
Below are the winners of each award.


In his first season coaching in the QMJHL, the Wildcats set franchise records in wins (53) and points (108), while leading the league in goals for (294), penalty kill (86.4%) and a league lowest goals against (144).
His success continued in the playoffs too, as he led the Wildcats to capture the QMJHL championship, and, subsequently, a Memorial Cup berth.

Jardine in his rookie season has helped fundraise for Special Olympics PEI and Make-a-Wish, participated in anti-bullying campaigns with Crime Stoppers, involved in minor hockey events and academies, among others. (read more)

The Vegas Golden Knights prospect has been keeping himself sharp off the ice, maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout the year, while studying Business Adminstration at Saint Mary's University. (read more)
