As the battle between two CHL juggernauts comes to a close, the Medicine Hat Tigers are left standing as they down the London Knights by a score of 3-1 and advance to the 2025 Memorial Cup final, where they have a chance to bring the trophy to the Western Hockey League for the first time since 2014.

The Tigers got scoring from some unlikely places on Tuesday, as Ethan Neutens and Matthew Ward both found the scoresheet for the first time in this tournament. Medicine Hat took advantage of a few slick passing plays, as although London opened the scoring early, the Tigers continue to find ways to score.

As usual, Harrison Meneghin was a difference maker. The Tampa Bay Lightning prospect made 35 saves in the contest, many of them on prime Knights scoring chances including a couple breakaways.

    Scoring Summary:

    1st Period:

3:34- LDN: Kasper Halttunen (2) from Sam Dickinson and Denver Barkey (PPG)

    2nd Period:

5:11- MH: Ethan Neutens (1) from Tanner Molendyk

    3rd Period:

1:17- MH: Matthew Ward (1) from Misha Volotovskii and Ethan Neutens
19:49- MH: Ryder Ritchie (4) from Oasiz Wiesblatt (ENG)
