Conor Geekie, Andrew Cristall and James Stefan all reached the milestone in the last week.
The WHL has welcomed four new members to the 100-goal club. Swift Current Broncos' Conor Geekie, Kelowna Rockets' Andrew Cristall and Portland Winterhawks' James Stefan all cracked the century mark, making them the eighth, ninth and tenth active players to hit the milestone. Here is a look back at each player's 100th career goal.
Cristall was the first player to hit the 100-goal mark via his marker versus the Spokane Chiefs on Feb 13. Scoring his 31st goal of the season, he became the 13th player in Rockets history to hit the milestone. Currently with 86 points in 50 games, he is also on pace to record Kelowna's first 100-point season since Colin Lang in 2007-08.
Up next was Geekie, who hit the milestone on Feb 16 vs the Regina Pats. The power play goal was his 32nd of the season, which ranks 11th across the WHL. With 75 points in 42 games, he has a good chance of hitting the 100-point mark this year.
Lastly, Stefan scored goal 100 against the Vancouver Giants on Feb 17. The Winterhawks captain scored twice in that game and became the 28th player in Portland's history to hit the milestone. With 39 goals on the year, he is now just 11 shy of becoming the 31st Winterhawks to record a 50-goal season.
