The Everett Silvertips currently leads the WHL with 81 points.
On Friday, the Everett Silvertips became the first team to clinch a spot in the 2025 WHL Playoffs. Everett achieved the feat thanks to a 4-1 victory over the Kamloops Blazers. Established in 2003, the Silvertips have never missed the postseason and are looking to get back to the Western Final for the first time since 2018.
The 2024-25 season has been one of the most successful in Silvertips history. Through 52 games, they have a record of 38-8-4-3 and are the only team to eclipse 70 points this year. Everett is on pace to surpass the 100-point mark for the fourth time in franchise history and could make a run at the franchise record of 111 set back in 2006-07.
As for their roster, the Silvertips are full of exciting prospects who will make an impact in the NHL one day. 2025 Draft prospect Carter Bear leads the team with 76 points, while Exceptional Status defender Landon DuPont has 50 points in 48 games despite only being 15 years old. Add these two stars to a roster stacked with drafted talent, including Kaden Hammell, Tarin Smith, Eric Jamieson and Julius Miettinen, and it is clear why Everett is having such a successful season.
