Markus Ruck captured the 2025-26 Bob Clarke Trophy.

Medicine Hat Tigers forward Markus Ruck has won the 2025-26 Bob Clarke Trophy. The annual award is handed out to the WHL's top scorer for the season. Ruck finished the campaign with 108 points in 68 games, which came from 21 goals and 87 assists.

Not only did Ruck finish at the top of the WHL list, but also for the CHL. In second place was his twin brother Liam, who finished with 104 points in 68 games. This season, three of the four 100-point players in the CHL were from the WHL, with Seattle Thunderbirds forward Cameron Schmidt also hitting the century mark.

Ruck joins Brandon Kozun, Linden Vey, Sam Steel, Jayden Halbgewachs, Connor Bedard and Jagger Firkus as WHLers who have also won the CHL's Top Scorer Award. As for his 87 assists, that ranks sixth all-time in franchise history for a single season. Ruck is a projected top-64 pick for the 2026 NHL Draft and was ranked 31st by NHL Central Scouting among North American Skaters.
