The Boston Bruins fell to the Buffalo Sabres by a 6-3 final score on April 6. With this, the Bruins now have a 31-38-9 record on the season and have lost 11 out of their last 12 games.

While the Bruins had another tough night, David Pastrnak stepped up yet again for the Original Six club. No. 88 put together a three-assist night for the Bruins in the loss. With this, he has extended his point streak to six games, where he has six goals and seven assists over that span. This includes eight points in his last two games alone.

With this latest big performance, Pastrnak has made some franchise history. As the NESN broadcast mentioned, Pastrnak became the first Bruin ever to record a point on 10 consecutive team goals. He also improved that number to 11 when he assisted on Casey Mittelstadt's second-period goal.

Pastrnak has been nothing short of dominant down the stretch, and this latest incredible stat only demonstrates this further. With his strong night against the Sabres, Pastrnak now has 40 goals, 57 assists, and 97 points in 78 contests this season with the Bruins.
