You don't see stuff like this hit the ice often.
The Boston Bruins got a convincing 6-2 win over the Ottawa Senators last night (March 19). The Bruins' bottom six showed up, as Justin Brazeau scored twice, and Jesper Boqvist got on the board. However, David Pastrnak was the main reason for the win, posting his 17th career hat trick.
Due to this hat trick, Pastrnak got a fantastic keepsake. While it's a tradition for fans to throw hats on the ice when a player scores three goals in a game, one Bruins fan gifted Pastrnak with something incredibly unique - a bear suit.
Following the game, Pastrnak spoke about the bear suit, saying: "It was definitely an interesting one... I really wonder how they got it. Obviously, credit to the ones who drove it here. They came after the game to the bench, so I gave them the stick as a thank you for the bear.”
This certainly has the makings of being one of those classic Bruins moments because of how unique and fitting the bear suit is. Pastrnak, the Bruins' top star, being the player to get it also makes it a greater story.

With his hat trick, Pastrnak has 44 goals, 99 points, and a plus-22 rating in 70 games.
