This former Bruins star is bouncing back from a tough start to the season.
Former Boston Bruins forward Taylor Hall had a shaky start to his 2024-25 season. In his first 20 games, the 2010 first-overall pick had just six points. However, he has officially broken through his cold stretch of play and is red-hot now.
Hall has six points over his last five games. This includes scoring a goal for the Blackhawks during the NHL Winter Classic against the St. Louis Blues. He has also been trending in the right direction before this stretch, posting 10 points over his last 11 games.
Due to his impressive hot streak, Hall now has eight goals and 20 points in 37 games this season. The veteran winger is undoubtedly raising his trade value again with his excellent play and should be a hot commodity as we get closer to the NHL Trade Deadline. This is because he is in the final season of his deal and is a prime rental candidate for contenders.

It will be very interesting to see how Hall builds on his hot stretch of play from here. If he continues to produce like this once we get closer to the deadline, perhaps he is a winger the Bruins should try to reunite with.
