Game 2 between the Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers provided a very big moment, as David Pastrnak shockingly dropped the gloves with Matthew Tkachuk. Pastrnak is not known for engaging in fisticuffs, but that did not stop him from fighting one of the NHL's grittiest players in Tkachuk.

Tkachuk did not fail to notice this, as he praised Pastrnak to reporters about the fight. Here's what the Panthers star said on the matter:
"Give him tons and tons of respect. Two guys that aren’t known for fighting, me and him, and two players that are probably known more for their offensive side of the game... Tons of respect for him for wanting to do that, too. Yeah, it was a good fight."
While Tkachuk is easily the Panthers player who Bruins fans get angriest about because of his agitating style of play, it is nice to see him giving No. 88 some kind words.
It will be interesting to see how Pastrnak and the Bruins respond to their tough loss to the Panthers during Game 3. Being back home should get the club buzzing, but we will need to wait and see what happens on that front.
