Hockey season is just about here, so EA Sports' NHL 26 will soon be released. The game will be available for purchase on Sep. 12.

With NHL 26's release being so close, EA Sports has now revealed the 10 Boston Bruins players with the highest overalls in the game. Due to this, let's take a look at each player's overall now.

    David Pastrnak: 94 Overall

David Pastrnak is by far the Bruins' best player in NHL 26, and it is not surprising in the slightest. The superstar winger has a 94 overall rating, which is entirely understandable when looking at the season he just put together. In 82 games this past campaign, he posted 43 goals, 63 assists, and 106 points.

    Charlie McAvoy: 89 Overall

With Charlie McAvoy being a star defenseman, it is not surprising to see him land an 89 overall in NHL 26. The right-shot defenseman appeared in 50 games this past season with the Bruins, where he had seven goals, 16 assists, 23 points, 81 blocks, and 89 hits.

    Hampus Lindholm: 87 Overall

Hampus Lindholm is the third-best Bruins player in NHL 26, as he has an 87 overall. Lindholm was limited to only 17 games this past season for the Original Six club, where he had three goals, four assists, seven points, and 17 blocks. While he missed most of this past season due to injury, EA Sports has rightfully still given him a high rating.

    Jeremy Swayman: 85 Overall

After a nightmare 2024-25 season, Jeremy Swayman has been given an 85 overall rating in NHL 26. In 58 games this past season with the Bruins, he had a 22-29-7 record, a 3.11 goals-against average, and a .892 save percentage. If he turns things around in 2025-26 and regains his star form, his overall very well could go back up.

    Nikita Zadorov: 85 Overall

Nikita Zadorov is the third-best Bruins defenseman in NHL 26, as he has been given an 85 overall rating in the game. In 81 games during the 2024-25 season with the Bruins, the 6-foot-6 defenseman recorded four goals, 18 assists, 22 points, 145 penalty minutes, and 219 hits. He was also a plus-25, which is pretty impressive with how poorly last season went for Boston.

    Casey Mittelstadt: 84 Overall

After a shaky 2024-25 season, Casey Mittelstadt has been given an 84 overall rating in NHL 26. In 81 games on the year split between the Colorado Avalanche and Bruins, he posted 15 goals, 25 assists, and 40 points. This was after he recorded at least 57 points in each of his two previous seasons.

    Elias Lindholm: 84 Overall

Like Mittelstadt, Bruins center Elias Lindholm has been given an 84 overall rating in NHL 26. Lindholm's first season with the Bruins was a mixed bag, as he recorded 17 goals, 30 assists, and 47 points in 82 games.

    Mason Lohrei: 84 Overall

After taking a nice step forward in his development this past season, Mason Lohrei has been given an 84 overall rating in NHL 26. In 77 games on the year, the 2020 second-round pick scored five goals and led all Bruins defensemen in assists (28) and points (33).

    Pavel Zacha: 84 Overall

Pavel Zacha has also been given an 84 overall rating by EA Sports in NHL 26. In 82 games this past season with the Original Six club, he recorded 14 goals, 33 assists, and 47 points. This was after he had 57 points in 2022-23 and 59 points in 2023-24.

    Morgan Geekie: 83 Overall

After a big breakout season, Morgan Geekie was only given an 83 overall rating in NHL 26. Given how this past campaign went, Geekie certainly could have been given a better rating. In 77 games this past season, he recorded new career highs with 33 goals, 24 assists, and 57 points.
