The Buffalo Sabres picked up a big 4-1 win over the Calgary Flames on Sunday (March 24). It was a hard-fought victory for the Sabres, and now more great news is coming their way.
While on WGR550 this morning (March 26), Sabres head coach Don Granato announced that forward Jack Quinn will return to practice today as a full participant.
Quinn, 22, last played for the Sabres on Jan. 27 against the San Jose Sharks, where he suffered a lower-body injury. It was a brutal blow for the youngster, as he had been on fire with the Sabres after returning from his long-term Achilles injury. In 17 games this season with the Sabres, he has five goals, 12 points, and a plus-1 rating.
With Quinn set to return to practice as a full participant, it is clear that he is inching closer to his return. We will need to wait for more updates regarding Quinn from here.
