The NHL has announced the schedule of when they will announce the finalists for the 2026 NHL awards. Awards will be announced one per day. The announcements will start tomorrow, April 28th and run until May 11.

They will also name the finalists for the General Manager of the Year Award when the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs is over. The only winners that will be announced before the award show are the King Clancy Memorial Trophy and the Mark Messier NHL Leadership Award.

The Avalanche already won some awards, being the Presidents' Trophy, the William M. Jennings Trophy, and the Rocket Richard Trophy. We could see players like Nathan MacKinnon nominated for the Ted Lindsay and the Hart Memorial Trophies, while Cale Makar could be nominated for the James Norris Memorial Trophy.
