Tonight the Edmonton Oilers will welcome back their captain Connor McDavid as they take on the 32nd ranked team in the NHL - the San Jose Sharks.

    Connor McDavid.

The Oilers will look to end their two game skid and gain momentum heading into the post season. The Sharks bring with them a familiar face, Klim Kostin. This will be the second game back in Edmonton this year for Kostin - with the first coming when he was a member of the Detroit Red Wings.

With the return of McDavid comes new line combinations.

McDavid was centering Zach Hyman and Adam Henrique at practice this morning. That leaves Warren Foegele, Leon Draisaitl and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins as the second line. The other two lines will remain the same for tonight's game. Evander Kane was not present at practice.

Stuart Skinner will get the nod in net tonight, as the Oilers look to continue their dominance on home ice.

Tonight is Fan Appreciation night - with the puck drop scheduled for 7:38 PM Mountain time.
