The Rangers' Alexis Lafrenière and the Flyers' Morgan Frost highlights some under-the-radar streaming options for Monday.
Jonathan Huberdeau, C/LW, CGY at NYR (46% rostered)
Yegor Sharangovich, C/LW/RW, CGY at NYR (37% rostered)
I'm quite bullish on the Flames' scoring line of Huberdeau with Sharangovich and Andrei Kuzmenko. Though they'll drive coaches nuts, it's a high-upside offensive line with a ton of talent. Huberdeau has two multi-point games in his past three outings, and should Igor Shesterkin start in net, the Flames actually might have an easier time scoring.
Sharangovich has less offensive upside than Huberdeau, but he's got triple-position eligibility and wins faceoffs if you need those.
Alexis Lafrenière, LW/RW, NYR vs. CGY (33% rostered)
Lafreniere has scored three goals in his past four games and really coming along as a top-six scoring winger after a slow start to his career. He continues to play on a line with Artemi Panarin and Vincent Trocheck and averaging close to 17 minutes per game. The Flames have been red-hot but the Rangers have also managed to score at least three goals in three of their past four games.
Chandler Stephenson, C, VEG vs. MIN (23% rostered)
Nicolas Roy, C/RW, VEG vs. MIN (12% rostered)
Stephenson's scored three points in his past two games following a three-game drought, and the addition of Paul Cotter to his line with Mark Stone has been really positive. If you're looking some assists and faceoff wins, Stephenson's a great option when he's getting top-six minutes.
If you're looking for offense, I might lean towards Roy. His line with Jonathan Marchessault and Ivan Barbashev might be the Knights' most consistent offensive line. Roy's points streak is currently at six games.
Morgan Frost, C, PHI vs. ARI (5% rostered)
After a five game lull where Frost registered just two assists, he's now scored a point in consecutive games. The Flyers can be a frustrating fantasy option because John Tortorella really spreads out the ice time, but on a scoring line with Cam Atkinson and Joel Farabee, Frost is their second-best center behind Sean Couturier. The Coyotes have been one of the worst teams in the league, second-last in points percentage, since the calendar flipped to 2024.
