Friday's top options include a pair of Anaheim Ducks in Troy Terry and Adam Henrique, and also Bryan Rust of the Pittsburgh Penguins
Troy Terry, RW, ANA vs. EDM (47% rostered)
Adam Henrique, C/LW, ANA vs. EDM (31% rostered)
There was no real reason to have Terry rostered in so few leagues in the first place, and now he's quickly approaching 50 percent rostered in the midst of a six-game points streak. The Oilers will be starting Calvin Pickard, which should make scoring a little easier for the Ducks, assuming they don't get buried by the Oilers' offense first. Terry has value as both a streaming and a rest-of-season hold.
Henrique likewise is on a six-game points streak even though Henrique and Terry play on separate lines. Henrique's increased his trade value dramatically, and as a trade bait it's both his and the Ducks' interests that he keeps getting significant ice time. The added C/LW position eligibility is immensely helpful, especially with the faceoff wins coming from a LW slot.
Bryan Rust, RW, PIT at MIN (43% rostered)
Now that Rust is healthy -- knock on wood -- he should be rostered in most leagues for the rest of the season. He's averaging over 21 minutes in his past four games, during which he's scored three points, and plays with Sidney Crosby and Jake Guentzel. Rust is also good in multi-category leagues because he gets a little bit of everything.
Alexis Lafreniere, LW/RW, NYR at CHI (33% rostered)
Lafreniere's two-game points streak was stalled against the Lightning but overall I'm encouraged by his ice time and shot volume. He continues to skate on the Rangers' top scoring line with Artemi Panarin and Vincent Trocheck, and this is a great matchup. Lafreniere notched an assist earlier against the Hawks and overall has three helpers in five games against them in his career, a relatively high rate compared to his career average.
Ryan Hartman, C/RW, MIN vs. PIT (20% rostered)
Hartman's been held off the score sheet for three straight games but continues to occupy the L1 spot between Kirill Kaprizov and Mats Zuccarello. That deployment is bound to get him points sooner than later, and his career numbers against the Pens -- nine points in 12 games, including a goal earlier this season -- are quite good.
