The Flyers' top line with Tyson Foerster highlights Monday's waiver wire targets.

Jordan Eberle, RW, SEA at CGY (35% rostered)

For much of his career, especially with the Oilers, Eberle has tormented the Flames. He's scored 16 goals and 39 points in 47 career games against them, including a goal and 10 shots in three games this season. Eberle has been quiet over the past two games but he's just coming off a three-game goal streak. Among the Kraken's wingers, other than Jared McCann, no one else really has as much upside.

Evan Rodrigues, C/LW/RW, FLA at NYR (30% rostered)

I do wonder if this game will come down to each team's depth players in a matchup between two East heavyweights. Rodrigues is coming off a two-point performance in a shutout win against the Wings, and he has a high floor in fantasy because he hits and gets shots on net. I'm not sure Rodrigues will score a point -- this feels like a low-scoring, grind-it-out affair -- but these games tend to favor depth players when the star players cancel each other out. I also expect it to be a very physical affair, so at least you'll get some hits.

Tyson Foerster, C/RW, PHI vs. STL (19% rostered)
Scott Laughton, C, PHI vs. STL (18% rostered)

Laughton's generally a low-upside offensive player in fantasy but he's getting lots of good deployment as their No. 1 center with Joel Farabee and the red-hot Foerster on his wings. They were responsible for three of their four goals against the Sens (the last one was an empty netter) and there's good value with both Foerster and Laughton playing on the PP.

Jack Roslovic, C, CLB at VEG (3% rostered)

Roslovic continues to skate with Johnny Gaudreau and Boone Jenner on the Jackets' top line and continues to be productive with two helpers in their previous game against the Hawks. This matchup is a lot tough, obviously, but the Knights are really struggling, especially defensively where they've allowed at least five goals in five of their past nine (2-7-0) games. The only drawback is Roslovic's lack of RW eligibility since C is such a deep position.

Michael Amadio, C, VEG vs. CLB (1% rostered)

Amadio had a quiet game with a minus-2 rating and only one shot and one hit, but if he stays with Chandler Stephenson and Ivan Barbashev, I still like him as a streaming option. The Jackets are expected to start Daniil Tarasov, though he's been playing well lately.

My worry with the Knights is Bruce Cassidy's tendency to clamp down on defense rather than trying to outscore the opposition when things aren't going their way, and no doubt not having Jack Eichel and Mark Stone really hurts their ability to generate offense.
