With the season almost underway, the Wild got some new players with new numbers.
ST. PAUL - The Wild brought in nine new players from free agency that all will attend the club's training camp for the 2024-25 season.
Yakov Trenin signed a four year deal with the Wild worth $3.5 million a season He will wear number 13 for the Wild. Trenin is the third player in Wild history to wear 13 and the first since Sam Steel (2022-23).
Jakub Lauko came over in a trade from the Boston Bruins for Vinni Lettieri. He will be the first Wild player ever to wear number 94.
Graeme Clarke came over in a trade for Adam Beckman. He will wear number 26 which was last worn by Connor Dewar (2021-24).
Devin Shore will wear number 19, Brendan Gaunce number 21, Ben Jones number 39, Reese Johnson number 52, Travis Boyd number 72, Joseph Cecconi number 3, Cameron Crotty number 34, and Troy Grosenick will wear number 31.
