With no selections in the first or second rounds, Minnesota must wait until day two to restock their prospect pool after aggressive trades depleted their early capital.

With the 2026 NHL Draft quickly apporching in just six days, it is time to look at where the Minnesota Wild will be drafting.

Minnesota will not have a draft pick on June 26 when the NHL is holding the first round of the draft.

The Vancouver Canucks hold the 24th overall pick which was traded to them from Minnesota in a deal that landed Quinn Hughes.

Not only do the Wild not have a first round pick, but they also do not have a second round pick as it stands right now.

Minnesota dealt its 2026 second-round pick to the Nashville Predators for Gustav Nyquist during the 2024-25 season. The 57th pick in the draft will now be the Predators.

Here are the remaining Wild draft spots as of six days before round one.

Third Round: 89

Fourth Round: 121

Fifth Round: 137, 153

Sixth Round: 185

The Wild do not have a seventh round pick. They traded that pick (217th) to the Florida Panthers for Jeff Petry.

Pick 137 was acquired by the Wild in 2023 when they traded Calen Addison to the San Jose Sharks for Adam Raska and a 2026 fifth round pick.
